Currently we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal. Our Canadian customers will be able to pay via Interac e-transfer if required.

Commercial transactions:

You are able to pay via EFT/Wire transfer, and cheque in addition to the above mentioned methods.

If you are interested in setting up a payment term account please contact our team at info@gambrone.com to assist you with setting you up.

If you need to make changes to an order than has not been processed yet, please contact us at info@gambrone.com along with your order number. If your order has not been picked up by the carrier we will try our best to alter your order for you.
If your order has not been picked up by the carrier we are happy to cancel the order on your behalf. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have been picked up by the carrier.

Please note that specials/custom made orders that are cancelled may incure a 25% restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged please notify us within 5 days and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

We only ship to customers in Canada and the United States.

All customers in Canada are charged GST + PST or HST, based on the province or territory you are located in. The taxes will be added at the time of payment.

All shipments to United States do not include any duties, broker or taxes. You may incur additional charges at the time of delivery.

No, unfortunately we do not ship to P.O boxes at the moment.

Once we approve your request for refund, please allow 5-10 business day for the refund to appear in your account.

You can register online along with your contractor or business ID and once approved you are eligible for discount.
